Project Description
This project consists of two (2) buildings interconnected via basement and courtyards. The building on Bonnyrigg Avenue is a five (5) storey plus one level basement building with the ground floor level consisting of commercial space and four (4) levels of residential units. The second building is a two-storey structure plus one level basement and consists of only residential units.
Our services included dilapidation reports, structural design and documentation, inspections, and certification.
