Provenco Group Limited (NZX Code: PVO) and Cadmus Technology Limited (NZX Code: CTL) announce a conditional agreement to merge their businesses and create a significant New Zealand technology company with a global focus.

The proposed merged group will have a strong presence in the Asia Pacific Region and will be well placed to capitalise on the growing adoption of its technologies in other regions.

July 24th 2006  CADMUS to Resell BENDIGO BANK Services

Cadmus Payment Solutions Pty Ltd has signed a commercial supply agreement with Bendigo Bank Limited to support and deliver Bank of Bendigo EFTPOS and banking services directly to merchants introduced by Cadmus.
